Plan

Your first mail is posted on the 28th of the month you order. Orders after 11:59pm on the 18th start the following month.

Paid once, one mail a month, and it simply ends after your last one. Nothing renews.

Pay once, get a mail every month, and that's it. No renewals, no card kept on file. Lovely as a gift: put their address in at checkout and it's posted straight to them.

  • 1 month: £14.50 for a single mail
  • 3 months: £30 for 3 mails (save £4.50)
  • 6 months: £60 for 6 mails (save £9)
  • The Rest Set: £65 for 7 mails, one for each type of rest (save £15.50)

Savings are against £11.50 a month. Keep the mails yourself, or have them posted straight to someone else: just put their address in at checkout.

6 months or the Rest Set? 6 months follows whatever the club is exploring each month. The Rest Set is all about rest: 7 mails for the 7 types of rest (physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, creative and spiritual). It includes earlier rest editions, like Emotional Rest, plus new ones as they're made.

UK postage is included. International postage is added at checkout. Order by the 18th to start with that month's mail.

Postage and delivery

Every mail is posted on the 28th. Order by the 18th to start with that month's mail.

  • UK: postage is included in the price
  • Europe: + £2.15 a mail, added at checkout
  • USA, Australia and Asia (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore): + £2.95 a mail, added at checkout

International mail goes by Royal Mail International Standard. It's untracked and usually arrives in 1 to 3 weeks.

Europe: since July 2026 the EU charges import VAT and a €3 customs duty per item type on letters and parcels that contain goods. Your postal service may ask you to pay these, plus a handling fee, before they deliver. They aren't included in my prices.

USA: US customs now charges duty on all imported goods. I prepay it through Royal Mail when I post your mail, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

Australia and Asia: no import charges are expected for a mail like this.
