Cancellation policy
The short version: the monthly club has no minimum term. Cancel any time before your next payment and nothing more is taken.
How the monthly club works
- It's £11.50 a month with UK postage included (posting abroad adds £2.15 a mail to Europe or £2.95 elsewhere, shown at checkout), and it renews every month until you cancel.
- Mail is posted on the 28th of each month. Join by 11:59pm (UK time) on the 18th to get that month's mail; after that, you start the following month.
How to cancel
- Log in to your account at learningimperfection.org and cancel your subscription there, or email me at [email protected] with your name and order number.
- Cancel before your next payment date (it's shown in your account) and you won't be charged again.
- If you email, I'll stop it as long as your email reaches me before your payment date.
- I'll confirm by email. Any mail you've already paid for will still be posted to you.
Single mails
A single mail is paid once and doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
If I have to cancel
If I ever need to stop the club, or can't send a mail you've paid for, I'll let you know and refund it in full.
