A MONTHLY SNAIL MAIL CLUB
Your Permission to slow down, imperfectly!
A monthly letter, journal, and small treats, exploring one part of wellbeing at a time.
This month: emotional rest.
"nothing here needs to stay perfect or untouched — this club is about doing things with intention, even the small, everyday things."

-
The Phiolosophy
Every piece of this mail is chosen to have a purpose, and a life beyond being opened once and set aside.
-
Who this is for
For the overthinkers, the overworkers, anyone tired of chasing perfect who just wants permission to try.
-
A letter, made to be used
Not just read once. Cut it up, tuck it into a journal, use it for scrapbooking, whatever feels right.
-
A new theme, every month
One part of wellbeing at a time. Rest is where we're starting, there's more to come.
-
An activity to try
A hands-on way to practice the month's theme. This time, an Emotional Rest bingo card.
-
Small treats to keep
Stickers, trinkets, and little bits worth holding onto. This month, some stickers and a fridge magnet
-
A themed journal
Prompts and reflections to sit with, at your own pace. There's no right way to do this, only yours.
-
Nothing goes to waste
Minimal waste, maximum purpose. Fold it wrong, write on it, repurpose it however you like.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Learning Imperfection?
A monthly snail mail club exploring one part of wellbeing at a time. Each parcel includes a letter, a themed journal, an activity, and a few small treats — chosen with intention, meant to be reused, not just opened once and set aside.
What's the current theme?
We're working through the seven types of rest — physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, creative, and spiritual! one month at a time, starting with Emotional Rest. After that, we'll explore other aspects of wellbeing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime. No fuss, no guilt!
Is this a substitute for therapy or mental health support?
No. Learning Imperfection isn't a mental health organisation, and this journal isn't a substitute for professional support. Everything is based on publicly available research and guidance from trusted sources like the Mental Health Foundation, NHS, and the American Psychological Association. If anything brings up something heavier than you expected, please reach out to a GP, a therapist, or a service like Samaritans (116 123, free, 24/7)
How much does membership cost?
£9.99 a month, plus shipping. Shipping cost depends on where you're located and is calculated at checkout.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. You can gift a subscription, or choose a one-time purchase if you'd rather try a single month first.
